These terms govern your use of the NWealth Capital website and its online features. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services covered by them.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to create an account or purchase a service. If you act for another person or an organization, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate, current information and update it when necessary. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your location.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share passwords or one-time codes, impersonate another person, or allow unauthorized access to another person's information.

Contact us promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised. We may need to verify your identity before restoring access or acting on requests involving your account.

The website provides information about our services and access to features such as enquiries, consultation bookings, account management, subscriptions, and portfolio tools.

Browsing the website, using a tool, sending an enquiry, or purchasing access to an online feature does not by itself create a personalized advisory engagement. The scope, fees, responsibilities, and any suitability assessment for an advisory service must be agreed separately where required.

General website content, market data, illustrations, calculations, and automated portfolio reports are provided for information and education. They are not, on their own, a personal investment recommendation or a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.

AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. Imported holdings, classifications, valuations, and third-party market data may contain errors or be delayed. You retain your rights in documents and information you submit. You authorize us and the providers supporting the relevant feature to store, process, and use that information as needed to deliver your requested services and meet applicable obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only submit information you are authorized to share. Review imported data for accuracy, and do not upload unlawful material, malicious files, or unnecessary sensitive information.

The applicable price, billing interval, plan features, and any taxes shown at checkout apply to an online purchase. Plans priced on request are scoped and confirmed in writing before onboarding.

Online monthly plans are billed in INR through Razorpay for up to 12 monthly billing cycles. By authorizing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges under the payment mandate and the terms presented at checkout. Activation depends on confirmation of the required payment.

You can cancel future renewal using the membership panel on the pricing page while signed in. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not extend or erase the current paid period or automatically refund an earlier payment.

Contact hello@nwealthcapital.com for a billing issue, disputed charge, or refund request. Any refund is considered under the applicable service terms and law. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy you are entitled to under mandatory law.

Consultation requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Provide correct contact details so our team can respond. If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us using the details in your confirmation or on our contact page. A discovery conversation does not commit either party to a subsequent engagement.

You must not:

• Use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, or impersonation.
• Access another user's account, documents, or data without authorization.
• Bypass access controls, probe for unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
• Upload malware or use automated requests in a way that harms service availability.
• Infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Website branding, designs, and content are owned by NWealth Capital or their respective licensors. You may use them for the ordinary purpose of accessing and evaluating our services. Other reproduction, resale, or distribution requires permission unless permitted by law or an applicable license. These terms do not transfer ownership of your documents or override rights granted under an open-source or third-party license.

Features may depend on external providers for authentication, payments, portfolio connections, AI processing, or market data. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability and processing are not entirely within our control. A link to an external website does not by itself endorse that website or its content.

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control. Features may change as the service develops.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. Restrictions do not remove rights or obligations that apply under a separate service agreement or mandatory law.

We take reasonable care in providing the website, but do not promise that every page, data feed, calculation, or automated report will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. You remain responsible for evaluating information and obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances before acting.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on general or automated information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact us about a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using a complaint process or legal remedy available under applicable law.

We may revise these terms as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the top. Where a change requires additional notice or agreement, we will provide it. Separate signed service agreements remain subject to their own change provisions.
