If you use portfolio import or analysis features, the financial information you submit may be processed by statement-parsing, portfolio-connection, and AI service providers to deliver that feature. Portfolio imports use services such as CAS Parser's Portfolio Connect; analysis may use AI models hosted through Amazon Web Services.

Depending on the feature, processing may involve statement contents, holdings, transactions, financial goals, or other information included in your request. Review what you submit and avoid including information that is not needed for the analysis.

Automated reports can contain errors or omissions and are not a substitute for professional advice. The financial information section of our terms explains the limitations of these tools.

When you request a portfolio and analysis PDF on WhatsApp and confirm consent, we send the report and your verified account mobile to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. The PDF contains financial information, including your saved holdings and analysis. This is a one-off request, not consent to ongoing or marketing messages.

The PDF is generated for the request without creating a public download link. Meta processes the uploaded document and message under its own terms and privacy notices; uploaded media normally persists on its platform for 30 days. We keep a time-limited delivery and consent record, including delivery or read notifications when available, to prevent duplicate sends and investigate delivery problems. A read notification refers to the WhatsApp message, not proof that the PDF was opened. Incoming reply text is not retained by this report-delivery feature. Copies received or forwarded in WhatsApp are outside the website's storage controls.

Information may be available to personnel and advisors who need it to respond to you or deliver a service, and to providers supporting the relevant feature. These include:

• Amazon Web Services for hosting, authentication, storage, data services, and AI processing.
• Portfolio parsing and connection providers when you choose to import a portfolio.
• Razorpay for payment processing, recurring subscriptions, and payment confirmations.
• Google when you choose Google sign-in, under the permissions shown during sign-in.
• Meta/WhatsApp when you request a portfolio and analysis PDF on WhatsApp.

We may also disclose information where required by law or a lawful request, to investigate misuse, protect legal rights or safety, or carry out a transaction you have authorized. Third-party services handle information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

We use safeguards such as authenticated access and access controls to help protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Information is retained as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, ongoing services, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Some records may need to be kept after an account is closed, including records needed for accounting, dispute resolution, security, or compliance.

Our providers may process or store information in locations outside your state or country. The locations involved depend on the service and provider. Contact us if you need more information about the processing associated with a particular feature.
